Our small groups provide the best of both individualized coaching and small group training. We keep our groups at 6-8 athletes to ensure each athlete gets the proper amount of attention. You are never just a number here.
Our philosophy on training is quality movement over maxes. This means we take our coaching very seriously. We limit the group sizes so the coaches can give adequate attention to each athlete to ensure quality movement.
We believe all athletes can benefit from increasing their speed and power. Our training methods utilize both speed and strength training. Each session will spend approximately half the session on each modality. We track everything to ensure each athlete is getting both faster & stronger.
Our small groups are age specific. This means athletes will train with peers across various sports around the same age. This ensures athletes push themselves in a healthy way and have fun doing it.
